Overall is the worst experience in life. When we booked it showed “1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed”, but actually the hotel only provided 1 sofa bed. In addition it seemed the room hasn’t been cleaned with a lot of spiderwebs, including 1 spider, and a hair on the bedding. Also the cabinet was broken. We complained to the owner and he provided us another room, this time with a queen bed (but no sofa bed) and considerably smaller than the first one. As it was already late, and we didn’t have other options, we accepted it. Later we found out that in this new apartment the air condition doesn’t work so it had 30 degrees all night. Also it’s not possible to open the windows for refreshment as the mosquito nets have holes or a missing completely. In addition, the washing machine didn’t work either. We tried to ask for a refund afterwards, but the hotel just declined our offer which is very rude and unacceptable. Hope NO ONE need to suffer from this hell🙌
